Dietary Care to Meet Your Needs
At St. Mary Medical Center our Nutrition and Dietary Services provides the highest quality nutrition care. Our Registered Dietitians coordinate food service for the patient units. They ensure that our patients receive the right menu for the diet ordered by their physician. For inpatient care they oversee nutrition assessment of tube feeding, total parenteral nutrition, therapeutic diets and education. The Dietitians are on staff everyday, including weekends.
Patient meal service hours are:
Breakfast - 7:00 - 8:30 am
Lunch - 12:00 - 1:30 pm
Dinner - 5:00 - 6:30 pm
The Registered Dietians also provide outpatient nutrition services for our Diabetes Education Program, the Senior Center, and the Center for Surgical Treatment of Obesity. We are dedicated to helping our patients achieving a healthy lifestyle.
Cafeteria and Vending Machines For Your Convenience
Visitors and Family can enjoy a tasty, convenient and affordable meal in the hospital’s cafeteria. It is located on the first floor, south of the hospital’s main lobby.
Breakfast: 7:00 – 10:00 am
Lunch: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Dinner: 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Vending machines, located next to the cafeteria, on the second floor behind the elevators, and in the Emergency Department are available around the clock.
