Planned Giving Campaigns
Planned and Estate Giving Campaigns are ongoing to provide the hospital with future funds for operations and capital projects. The Sr. Alphonsus Tallon Circle of Philanthropists This elite philanthropy group honors Sr. Alphonsus Tallon's seventy years of dedicated service to the citizens of the Long Beach area. The Circle of Philanthropists recognizes those who have provided for St. Mary in their estate plans through gifts that include wills, trusts, insurance policies, annuities, real estate, charitable trusts or gift annuities. Members receive a special plaque and are honored at St. Mary's annual recognition luncheon. Naming opportunities are also available to honor or memoralize members and/or loved ones. Charitable Gift Planning The St. Mary Medical Center Foundation offers multiple options and strategies for making a gift that will benefit both the medical center and the donor. Donor benefits may include income tax deductions and reduced capital gains and estate taxes.
