If you do not have health insurance, our staff will help you find government or private programs. If you are eligible for a government sponsored program, we will help you through the application process. If you qualify, these programs can provide access to healthcare and other vital social services for you and your family.

If you are uninsured and do not qualify for a government sponsored insurance program, you may be eligible for free or discounted services through the CHW Payment Assistance Program.
